Proposal Solution
This project showcases our award-winning response to a Radius Leaders RFP, where we designed a complete learning solution for busy nurse leaders.
Working as a two-person team, we created a fictional company, UnclutterED L&D, to respond to a real Request for Proposal (RFP) from Radius Leaders, a nurse leadership organization seeking online learning solutions for their busy nurse leaders. The goal was to identify a platform that could both create and house accessible, engaging training content.
Over several weeks, we developed a comprehensive proposal recommending Articulate Rise, a responsive microlearning platform ideal for on-the-go learners, paired with Articulate Reach, a simple LMS to efficiently upload, distribute, and manage the Rise courses. In addition, we created a company overview video and a training prototype to illustrate our solution in action.
We presented our proposal and prototype in person at Bloomsburg University to Radius Leaders and Corporate Advisory Council members. Our solution received top recognition, winning across all categories, including:

- Best prototype
- Best presentation
- Best overall
