The project, 'Enhancing Mental Health Awareness Among Mansfield Undergraduates,' was developed using the ADDIE model of instructional design from start to finish.
A thorough learner and context analysis was conducted to understand the learners and their environment.
The course goal was crafted using the ABCD method, and Bloom’s Taxonomy was applied to create actionable course objectives. Gagné’s Nine Events of Instruction guided the course structure during the design phase, and the ARCS Model of Motivation influenced decisions on how the training would be delivered.
Figma was used in the development phase to create a working prototype of the course (see below), and Kirkpatrick’s Model of Evaluation was employed to assess the effectiveness of the course.
