The process began with a detailed learner and context analysis to identify learner characteristics and needs, reflecting my commitment to creating learner-centered training. From there, I developed a comprehensive project plan, crafted measurable learning objectives using Bloom’s Taxonomy, and aligned assessment items to measure learner outcomes.

The design document and content outline illustrate how these insights informed the structure and flow of the lesson. Visual elements were created in Canva, while Figma was used to map out the course structure and visualize the learner experience. Finally, the project was evaluated using Kirkpatrick’s Model to assess effectiveness and opportunities for improvement.
